There are some rust stains (possibly from where the dress has been stored alongside something metallic, such as a coat hanger) and small holes in the silk, mostly concentrated around the hem.
Internally, one of the channels of boning has broken, but there has been a small repair. This has helped to ensure the boning stays within the channel.
