1. Authenticity & Quality Control
At Evelyn&Fox, integrity is our priority. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality control and authenticity process conducted by our experienced internal team and via LegitApp, a leader in luxury authentication, where required.
- Buyer Responsibility: Because our items are pre-owned, they vary in condition. We provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions for every product. Please review these carefully before purchasing.
- Liability: We strive for 100% accuracy; however, we expressly exclude liability for minor inaccuracies in descriptions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. Seller Terms & Consignment
If you are sending items to Evelyn&Fox for resale, the following conditions apply:
- Initial Inspection & Rejected Items: Please inspect your items thoroughly before sending. If an item is received and found to be damaged, marked, or otherwise unsuitable for sale, we will notify you via email.
- Return Option: You will have 7 days from the date of notification to pay for the tracked return shipping of the rejected item.
- Donation Policy: If return shipping is not arranged within 7 days, or if you explicitly decline the return, the item will be donated to charity to clear our limited storage space.
- Consignment Period: We will host your approved items for sale for a period of 90 days.
- Unsold Items (Expiration): It is the seller's responsibility to monitor the 90 day expiration date. At the end of this period, you must arrange and pay for tracked return shipping (at your own risk).
- Storage & Abandonment: Any items not collected or return-shipped within 2 weeks of the 90 day expiration date will be donated to charity. Evelyn&Fox cannot be held liable for items once they have been donated due to a lack of communication or collection.
