Delivery

We offer secure, tracked shipping on all orders to ensure your luxury finds arrive safely. Our rates are based on the value of your order:

Orders up to £75: £6.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (with Signature).

Orders over £75: £9.00 via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service.

International shipping may be available. Please contact us for current options and rates.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

Returns Eligibility

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Please notify us that you wish to return an item and we'll provide the return address.
  
• All items must be returned in the same condition as received- unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories intact.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration or if the tags have been removed.

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, altered or if the tags have been removed after delivery.

Return Process

1. Please contact us to request a return.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
3. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
4. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 working days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If an item is significantly not as described or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details and supporting photos. 

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
