Our mission is to find your luxury pieces a new home, while ensuring you get the best possible return on your investment. From professional authentication and high-end photography to reaching our curated community of fashion lovers, we handle the hard work so you don’t have to.

Whether you’re making room for something new, or simply editing your wardrobe, we’re here to make the process effortless, transparent, and rewarding.

Our 6-Step Selling Process

1. Initial Inquiry: Submit clear photos and details (brand, model, condition) via WhatsApp.
2. Preliminary Quote: We provide a sale price estimate, based on current market value and demand.
3. Digital Contract: If you are happy to proceed, we will send a digital Consignment Contract to your email. This must be reviewed and signed electronically before we can accept your items.
4. Delivery & Authentication: Once the contract is signed, you can send your items to us via tracked post.
5. Expert Curation: We professionally steam, photograph, and market your items across our platforms.
6. Sale & Payout: Once your item sells and the return window passes, we transfer your earnings directly to your bank account.

 

Commission Structure

Our commission covers all costs of sale, including photography, marketing, storage, and authentication fees.

Authenticity & Quality Control

At Evelyn&Fox, integrity is our priority.

• The Process: Every item undergoes a physical audit by our expert team. For designer handbags and specific luxury items, we utilise LegitApp to provide a digital certificate of authenticity.
• Rejected Items: Please inspect items thoroughly before sending. If an item is found to be damaged, marked, or fails authentication, we will notify you. You will have 7 days to pay for tracked return shipping. Items not claimed within 7 days will be donated to charity.

Consignment Period & Unsold Items

• Duration: We host and market your items for a period of 90 days.
• Expiration: If your item remains unsold after 90 days, it is your responsibility to monitor the expiration date. You may pay for tracked and insured return shipping (at your own risk).
• Abandonment: Due to limited storage, items not collected or return-shipped within 2 weeks of the expiration date will be donated to charity.

Condition Guide

We carefully curate our collection of preloved, vintage, and past-season pieces. To maintain our high-quality standard and provide our customers with the best experience, we only accept consignment items in excellent or very good condition. Below is our guide to help you determine if your items meet our criteria.

Excellent Condition (as new)

• Clothing: Items that show no signs of wear. They may have been worn only once or twice and have no visible defects, fading, or stains. The fabric is in perfect shape, and the garment retains its original structure and feel.
• Accessories: Items that show no signs of use or wear. They are free from scuffs, scratches, marks and discolouration.
• Note: Please provide original tags and packaging wherever possible, such as dust bags and shoe boxes.

Very Good Condition (minimal signs of use)

• Items that have been worn but show minimal signs of use. There may be very subtle signs of wear, but no stains, tears, or significant flaws. These items are still in excellent wearable condition.
• Accessories: Lightly used, with minimal wear or scuffs. There may be small flaws, but nothing that detracts from the overall look or functionality of the product. Light use on the soles of shoes is acceptable.
• Note: Please provide original tags and packaging wherever possible, such as dust bags and shoe boxes.

Vintage Pieces

• Clothing: Items that may show some gentle signs of wear, but nothing that affects the garment's overall appearance or function. The piece remains wearable and visually appealing.
• Accessories: Slight tarnishing or patina on metals, very light scratches, or slight discolouration due to age, but the accessory is fully functional and attractive.

What We Can't Accept

• Counterfeit Items: Non-authentic pieces won't be accepted under any circumstances
• Unsanitary Items: Clothing or accessories that are stained or marked, have strong odours, or have been damaged by moths.
